I currently serve as your District Seven Director at GMAR and I would like your support in continuing in this role. Since 2017, I have dedicated my time and efforts to GMAR, working to enhance transparency, accountability, and building strategic direction for the benefit of GMAR and its valued members. I am deeply passionate about promoting diversity, inclusion, and fair housing as well as encouraging the growth and knowledge of our members so we can continue to be 'Greater.'

I firmly believe that our foremost mission as a board is to ensure our members are not only well-informed but also equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to thrive in this challenging time. Education and awareness are our most powerful weapons against disruption. I am committed to continuing a culture of continuous learning and information sharing among our members. This involves supporting legal actions that protect our profession and the rights of real estate professionals.

My career has been marked by a series of accomplishments and leadership roles. As the broker/owner of a small boutique real estate brokerage, I take immense pride in not only achieving personal success but also mentoring and guiding others towards their own achievements. One of my most cherished accomplishments is seeing agents I've mentored take on leadership roles within GMAR (Greater Metropolitan Association of REALTORS®) and other corporations.

I have been a REALTOR® with Shain Park, REALTORS® and an active member with GMAR since beginning in the industry in 2018. I have participated on various committees at the local and National level. Within 6 months of becoming a REALTOR®, I served on the NAR Diversity Committee in 2019 and then again in 2021. I further served NAR in 2020 on the Consumer Communications Committee, and then NAR Federal Financing & Housing Committee in 2022. Here at GMAR, I have served on several committees in various roles since 2018. In those committees I have served on, I’ve been active in YPN, RPAC and Government Relations, with also holding the role of Chairperson in 2020 for GMAR Government Relations. I have been an RPAC Major Investor for 5 years now and have achieved and maintained Golden R level since 2022. I currently hold the NAR At Home with Diversity certification.

I am interested in being on the Greater Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors as a member-at-large to aid the members of the association in my vast knowledge and insight I have gained from my work at the local, state and National levels. With my involvement on various committees at both GMAR and NAR, I feel I can be an asset in bringing input and further participation from traditionally underrepresented areas that GMAR branches into. In being on the Board of Directors, I look forward to sharing the voice of all the associations members and being a leader for future members and endeavors that GMAR is spearheading.
