RealSatisfied makes listening to your customers simple and straightforward. And they make collecting and syndicating client testimonials, collected based on your customer's experiences with you, easy. They provide an automated approach of gathering complex feedback through simple online surveys. For example, you close on a house, RealSatisfied detects this closing through the MLS and sends your agents an email asking if they would like to send the client a survey and to provide the client's contact info. Client's receive the survey and fill it out and the agent gets comprehensive data on the client's experience with you as a REALTOR®. The data is easily viewable through an online agent dashboard and is displayed publicly via an agent profile page that acts as third-party validation of their customer satisfaction performance and the testimonials received. Also, the agent is always in control of what is presented to the public.
In order for members to begin using this service Realcomp requires that that the broker authorize agents' listing information be released to RealSatisfied. This information will only be used to allow for the automation of services, such as auto-emails to agents prompting them to send surveys to clients who've recently closed on a property.
